Is there a minimum spend for events at the museum?

Yes. The minimum spend is determined by the time of day of your event. More information can be found in the Broadbean Catering & Events catering packages or by emailing events@broadbeancatering.com.au.

When can I bump in for my event in the Gandel Atrium?

Because the National Museum of Australia is open to the public until 5pm, event bump in is strictly limited to 5pm in the Gandel Atrium.

Can I bring external catering into the museum for my event?

No, Broadbean Catering & Events are the National Museum of Australia’s sole cater and have been the museum’s caterer of choice for more than 10 years.

Can I engage external vendors (photographers, bands, stylists etc.) for my event?

Absolutely! We welcome and encourage vendors to the National Museum of Australia for your event. Upon booking, your event coordinator will discuss relevant requirements surrounding these vendors.

Can I come in for a site visit before booking my event?

Of course! Our events team are more than happy to show you around the National Museum of Australia. You can arrange a site visit by contacting events@broadbeancatering.com.au.

Are the venue spaces accessible?
